Ingredients: Arabica Coffee Grounds, Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Argan Butter, Coffee Butter, Murumuru Butter, Infused Olive Oil, Grape-Seed Oil, Hemp Oil, Canola Oil, Glycerin, Water, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Stearic Acid, Diazolidinyl Urea, Avocado Oil, Vitamin E, Caffeine Powder Fragrance Oil

This listing is for one 8 oz jar of scrub

To use: Massage desired amount on damp face and body in a circular motion before rinsing.

Be careful & avoid getting lotion into eyes. As with any new bath and body products you use, you should do a patch test and always read the ingredients before use.

Pick a spot on your forearm to test for allergies before indulging in the bath or shower.

Products may have ingredients you have never used, especially if you have peanut/nut/seed allergies, other products that contained nut oils etc may have been used in the processes of making.

For adult and external use only if irritation occurs discontinue use.

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges, return or refunds for any reason

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event of a damaged parcel during transit please retain all packing materials so you can submit a claim for damage to the USPS if you have purchased shipping insurance for your parcel. You MUST have purchased shipping insurance for us to be able to replace or reimburse a parcel that was damaged or lost in transit. PERIOD. We must be notified of damage by email or phone within 24 hours of receipt of the package. It is your responsibility to retain the contents, including packaging for inspection and you may be required to submit the items to a postal inspector or make them available for pickup.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) 

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for any reason. .

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

Allow up to one week for orders to ship, although it is likely it will ship sooner. Custom orders allow up to two weeks, depending on size and nature of order. I use USPS Economy &  priority mail, depending on the order. Please contact me for shipping details if you need a specific shipping date.  

WILL NOT REFUND FOR SHIPPING PROBLEMS. PERIOD. USPS offers shipping insurance. 
 
For International shipping, please understand your country’s customs timing and policies, as I will do my best to get packages shipped in a timely fashion. It is not in my control if your country holds packages for days or weeks past when you expect something to arrive.

I WILL NOT REFUND FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROBLEMS. PERIOD.

Holiday shipping is crazy and USPS is overwhelmed, So if you must have it on time, order early! Because of madness of major Holiday shipping, I recommend orders going out the final week of a Holiday should be shipped with insurance and with delivery confirmation so that the USPS will be responsible for any damages that incurred. A report will be filed for the insurance and once the insurance is in my hands, you will be granted a refund in the case that the package was lost or damaged.

Orders of $250 or more will require Signature Confirmation upon delivery, no exceptions.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON SHIPMENTS 
During check out please be sure to confirm that the shipping address you are providing is correct. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. If you pay via a PayPal account, your order will be shipped to the address you have assigned to your PayPal account. This cannot be changed!

I am not responsible for lost or undelivered orders. Incorrect or outdated addresses that you may provide at checkout.

Holiday orders for custom items will be made and shipped as early as possible, but the last day of shipping to guarantee Christmas delivery is four business days prior to the holiday for IN STOCK ITEMS (Cold Process Soap takes 4-6 weeks to cure, So unless its in stock it you may be out of luck). Please do not expect miracles when ordering custom items that require time to make and cure. Rush shipping charges may apply if you and I agree on a “Rush” order status for your purchases.
