Shipping policy

Allow up to one week for orders to ship, although it is likely it will ship sooner. Custom orders allow up to two weeks, depending on size and nature of order. I use USPS Economy &  priority mail, depending on the order. Please contact me for shipping details if you need a specific shipping date.  WILL NOT REFUND FOR SHIPPING PROBLEMS. PERIOD.  USPS offers shipping insurance. 
 
For International shipping, please understand your country’s customs timing and policies, as I will do my best to get packages shipped in a timely fashion. It is not in my control if your country holds packages for days or weeks past when you expect something to arrive. I WILL NOT REFUND FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROBLEMS. PERIOD.
Holiday shipping is crazy and USPS is overwhelmed, So if you must have it on time, order early! Because of madness of major Holiday shipping, I recommend orders going out the final week of a Holiday should be shipped with insurance and with delivery confirmation so that the USPS will be responsible for any damages that incurred. A report will be filed for the insurance and once the insurance is in my hands, you will be granted a refund in the case that the package was lost or damaged.

Orders of $250 or more will require Signature Confirmation upon delivery, no exceptions.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON SHIPMENTS 
During check out please be sure to confirm that the shipping address you are providing is correct. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. If you pay via a PayPal account, your order will be shipped to the address you have assigned to your PayPal account. This cannot be changed! I am not responsible for lost or undelivered orders. Incorrect or outdated addresses that you may provide at checkout.

Holiday orders for custom items will be made and shipped as early as possible, but the last day of shipping to guarantee Christmas delivery is four business days prior to the holiday for IN STOCK ITEMS (Cold Process Soap takes 4-6 weeks to cure, So unless its in stock it you may be out of luck). Please do not expect miracles when ordering custom items that require time to make and cure. Rush shipping charges may apply if you and I agree on a “Rush” order status for your purchases.
